What are your shipping costs? Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order and the city to which it will be delivered. You will have the opportunity to review your shipping costs before you submit your order. Orders over $250 always receive free Ground shipping. What is the estimated time for delivery? Excluding wedding gowns, bridesmaid and prom dresses, most of our non-personalized items will ship 2 to 3 business days after you place your order, but at times some may take longer. Personalized items will usually ship within 4 to 5 business days. All our dresses are custom made to order and take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Although we make every effort to have orders shipped in a timely fashion, MyGowns.com cannot guarantee any delivery or shipment dates. Please keep in mind that, while we are located in New Jersey, some of our items will ship from warehouses in other parts of the country. If you have ordered more than one item it is possible that they will come in multiple shipments. Although we offer expedited shipping options, please be aware that this affects transit time only. It will not affect our normal order processing times. I ordered several items but have only received one? MyGowns.com utilizes warehouses throughout the country. Because of this, if you ordered more than one item, it is possible that you may receive multiple shipments. You will not pay multiple shipping charges. Can I stop by your store? MyGowns.com is not a full service bridal salon and cannot accept walk-in customers. This helps us keep our costs low and pass our savings on to you. What do I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect item? If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@mygowns.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to exchange the damaged or incorrect item at no charge to you. What is your return policy? Every item we sell is guaranteed to be the size, style and color you order and free of defects. When you receive your order, please immediately inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If MyGowns.com is notified by email within 15 days of receiving your merchandise (excluding bras, control slips and dresses/gowns), refunds will be gladly given for any reason on items that are unworn, undamaged, and unsoiled only. Items may not be exchanged or returned for any reason if MyGowns.com is not notified by email within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. Bras and Personalized or custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you know you will require more than 15 days to determine if the item works for you (for instance, if you order a petticoat that will be tried on during a dress fitting that may be several weeks away), please email us beforehand as we may be flexible on a case-by-case basis.
